马来西亚国内贸易、合作与消费者保护部玩具MC认证（COC）
马来西亚MC标识：
中国玩具出口马来西亚必须申办MC认证之后，由马来西亚国内贸易、合作与消费者保护部MDTCC（马来语简称PKDNKK）管理和执行，进行申请审核通过之后，产品或包装上粘贴MC标识之后，方可出口。
符合申请MC马来西亚认证的玩具诸如：模型玩具，电动玩具，学步车，拼接图，公仔等。
申请马来西亚玩具MC标识COC认证所需资料如下：
1. 玩具EN测试报告（必须在马来西亚认可的EN71实验室测试的报告才可以，如BV香港实验室，INTERTEK香港实验室，SGS等）；
2. 马来公司法人信息；
3. 马来公司SSM；
4. 股份分配表；
5. 品牌或LOGO；
6. MAA；
7. 马来注册证书；
8. 公司营业执照；
9. 公司变更证明；
10. 玩具MC信息表。
马来MC认证时间：资料齐全1周出证。
玩具申请好之后贴MC标签(标签要求如下):
a）of a minimum size of 5mm x 5mm;
b) the registration number assigned to the product owner to be placed below the MC mark;
c) the name and address of the product owner or any authorized representative of the product owner, which may include the distributor or retailer of the goods
d) The product owners are to decide on the type of material, size of the sticker, ink and printing to be used as long as it is visibly, intelligibly and indelibly marked or affixed. For the purpose of marking on the product or printed on the packaging or on a sticker, either black or white background shall be used with alphabet in the opposite black or white color as shown below.
